Job Summary
In this laborer position focused on renewables, responsibilities include practicing safety rules, following instructions, safely using hand and power tools, and performing quality work as per specifications. Candidates must work well in teams, measure distances, drive stakes, level earth, assist in concrete work, and direct other laborers. Physical capability to carry tools, work extended hours on unsteady surfaces, and adhere to safety regulations is required. Previous industrial or construction experience is preferred, along with compliance with drug testing and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with company’s drug and alcohol abuse policy
- Must be able to pass physical examination, pre-employment if necessary, and as required by the company
- Clean shaven and able to work while wearing a respirator and other personal protective equipment when required
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials
- Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc.
- Able to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in industrial/construction/general labor
