Job Summary
Kelley Blue Book (KBB) / Used Car Buyer at Berman Nissan of Chicago. Prospect and connect with private vehicle sellers online and via high-volume phone calls and texts; estimate vehicle values using automotive knowledge, market data, and live market insights; coordinate appointments, greet sellers in-store, and ensure a smooth, transparent acquisition process; utilize dealership tools including vAuto and CRM software; handle objections with empathy and resilience to secure inventory; maintain organized records of customer interactions and vehicle documentation. Requirements include at least 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points for familiarity with KBB or other valuation tools and bilingual English/Spanish.
