KELLNER:IN, CHEF DE RANG m/w/d

Conduct guest reception and service on your station while providing expert consultation on food and beverage offerings. Manage station operations through daily mise en place tasks and lead demis and commis. Handle guest complaints with a solutions-oriented approach and train apprentices and commis de rang. Adhere strictly to HACCP and quality guidelines. Requires a valid EU passport, excellent German language skills, and a completed hospitality training or equivalent experience. Full-time employment with a 5 or 6-day week, 13th and 14th-month salary, and regulated hours. Free accommodation, meals, and wellness access provided for eligible candidates.
