Job Summary
Greet and serve guests at your station while ensuring a smooth daily restaurant flow and adhering to HACCP hygiene standards. Drive revenue growth through additional sales and manage a service station including leadership of a commis de rang. Execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service alongside mise-en-place tasks and attend daily service meetings and training sessions. This 4-star Alpine resort in Windischgarsten offers a secure year-round position with a starting net salary of €2,200 for full-time work.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder Erfahrung als Chef de Rang in der gehobenen Hotellerie
