Job Summary
Assist parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities in accessing early intervention services, including making referrals to providers and scheduling appointments. Coordinate the provision of educational, social, and medical services, while facilitating evaluations, assessments, and the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Monitor service delivery to ensure timely provision and conduct follow-up activities to determine appropriate Part C services. Inform families of their rights, procedural safeguards, and KEIS payment system requirements, including funding sources and family participation fees. Facilitate transition planning to preschool or school. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Early Childhood, Education, Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services
- Two years experience working with children from birth to five years old
