Kefirs/Yo Operator I

Assemble and disassemble machinery for cleaning and startup, then inspect security features and adjust sensors, pumps, and valves before use. Perform quality checks on material temperature and pH, visually examine ingredients for specifications, and monitor processing to ensure standards are met. Manually fill buckets, load materials onto carts, and transport them to adjacent processing areas. Document equipment configurations, changeovers, consumption, and production records accurately, followed by performing and recording post-operational cleaning. Rotate daily tasks between kefir and yo operations while maintaining a safe work environment in a wet, cold, and noisy warehouse setting.
