Job Summary
Review monthly tax filing forms, financial statements, and annual tax settlement files. Reconcile and pay vendor accounts while managing general ledger documentation and monthly payment plans. Prepare consolidated financial reports and management accounts for the Director, ensuring data transparency and accuracy. Liaise with tax authorities and relevant government agencies to explain figures and resolve issues. Advise the General Director on financial systems and audit procedures compliant with legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán Tài chính hoặc những ngành có liên quan
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 1 năm trở lên
- Quản lý / kiểm tra thu chi, công nợ tốt
- Kỹ năng hoạch định, kiểm soát và giám sát công việc tốt
- Tổng hợp, lập báo cáo, phân tích kế toán, tài chính
- Quản lý, sắp xếp, hệ thống hóa văn bản. hồ sơ, chứng từ
- Khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục tốt
- Khả năng đàm phán và thương lượng tốt
- Ham học hỏi và yêu thích công nghệ
