Job Summary
Early Careers Program at Gotion Inc. seeking new graduates across engineering, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and business roles. You’ll contribute to day-to-day team operations and special projects, learn company tools and best practices, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze information to provide data-driven insights or recommendations, and prepare presentations, reports, or documentation. You’ll participate in training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops while benefiting from structured onboarding and mentorship to accelerate your career in renewable energy and scalable battery/energy storage technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed within the last 0–2 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
