Job Summary
Provide attentive, loving care for two young boys, prioritizing the 10-month-old while supporting the 3.5-year-old's Montessori routines. Create engaging, educational activities and encourage outdoor play, neighborhood walks, and sensory experiences. Prepare healthy meals, assist with laundry, and tidy play areas. Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily milestones and concerns. Work independently with hands-on parents, starting with in-home care before potentially taking children out of the home. Schedule includes late shifts with overnight stays on Fridays, a weekly floating shift, and confirmed hours two weeks in advance. Start date is ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 5 minimum years of professional nanny experience
- Excellent professional references
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of transparency
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
- Emotionally intelligent with strong professional boundaries
- Confident working independently while collaborating closely with parents
- Passion for child development and educational play
- Fluent English required
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Up-to-date standard childhood vaccinations
- Passport ready
- Legally authorized to work as a W-2 employee
- Non-smoker
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the family, typically 5–7 days at a time
- Highly communicative and responsive
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a related field would be an added bonus
- Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required
