Job Summary
Conduct warehouse operations by participating in training to become a certified Electric Pallet Jack operator, keeping accurate stock counts, and maintaining clean, hazard-free work areas. Load customer orders onto correct pallets and trailers, store materials on lines and in packs, and distribute supplies to various locations as instructed. Perform pre-work equipment inspections, remove damaged product for returns processing, and operate a baler while working in the box area to fill and supply racks. Make X and W boxes on the box erector, changing between sizes throughout the shift. This full-time weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm) is located at Melaleuca's Kansas City, Missouri campus, offering $19.25/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Standing, sitting or walking for duration of shift
- Pulling stretching, bending and lifting for duration of shift
- Visually see all aspects and related areas within the warehouse
- Manual dexterity for such duties as stocking, lifting, etc.
- Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
- Ability to work as a team to achieve maximum performance
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends (Fri - Sun 5:00am – 5:30pm)
