Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections of all areas to ensure the building remains secure, oversee associate traffic in and out, and maintain accurate logs of all shift activities. Review active and terminated associate listings, manage key distribution with appropriate personnel, and handle deliveries from carriers like FedEx and UPS. Report hazardous situations immediately to Maintenance and shoveling snow from front walkways. Represent Melaleuca professionally to vendors, associates, and management while reading and following all S.O.P. procedures. Work the 3rd shift weekend (Saturday & Sunday 11:00pm - 7:3am) in a non-smoking, climate-controlled Kansas City campus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Standing, sitting or walking for duration of shift
- Written communication skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Sit with intermittent walking
- Communicate (hearing & speech) with individuals in person and by phone
- Visually read reports, computer screen, etc
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to work extra hours as need (i.e., July 4th, Christmas parties, etc.)
- Shift available: 3rd shift Weekend – Saturday & Sunday 11:00pm - 7:3am
