Job Summary
Supervise, oversee, and train associates in the production department while completing and auditing job packets to meet company requirements. Ensure all GMPs, SOPs, safety policies, and daily training exercises are followed, then maintain training and attendance records. Correct product deficiencies to uphold quality standards, manage processing supplies, and keep the work area neat and orderly. Direct daily duty assignments to associates, complete performance evaluations or discipline recommendations, and track payroll timecards using Kronos software. Communicate any changes in company policies or procedures to the team. This full-time role in Kansas City, Missouri, runs Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm.
