Job Summary
Supervise and oversee associates in the production department, directing daily duty assignments and ensuring all GMPs, SOPs, and safety policies are followed. Complete job packet audits, maintain training and attendance records, and correct product deficiencies to uphold high quality standards. Maintain ample processing supplies, keep the work area neat and orderly, and communicate policy changes to the team. Perform performance evaluations, manage payroll timecards via Kronos software, and assist in new employee training. This full-time, non-smoking role in Kansas City requires mechanical aptitude and operates Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm.
