Job Summary
Steuer complex investment projects commercially, developing strategies aligned with business cases and financing requirements while coordinating the contractual landscape including PPAs and joint ventures. Create cost calculations, budgets, and plans with functional departments to ensure economic decision-making foundations. Manage project cost controlling through forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting to maintain transparency on risks and potentials. Oversee change, claim, and risk processes, evaluating impacts on costs and timelines in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Prepare management proposals and support commercial negotiations as a central interface for internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, Projektcontrolling oder in der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung komplexer Investitionsprojekte
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Budgetierung, Forecasting, Cashflow-Management und Kostenkalkulation
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sicheren Umgang mit kaufmännischen Kennzahlen und wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Verfügbarkeit für Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
