Job Summary
Process and manage sales orders and quotations within the ConceptOffice system to support field colleagues. Serve as a friendly, solution-oriented telephone contact for customers, ensuring professional communication. Source quotations from suppliers, compare terms, and prepare relevant information for the team. Support daily sales operations by organizing projects efficiently and guaranteeing structured, on-time processes. Collaborate closely with the sales team and manufacturer partners to enable optimal order processing. Maintain clear, structured oversight across multiple projects while working independently and making decisions. Requires strong German skills, organizational ability, and prior experience in sales back-office or similar commercial functions.
Required Qualifications
