Job Summary
Manage the financial steering of the Agrar business unit, overseeing accounting, controlling, liquidity, accounts receivable, and key performance indicators. Act as a strategic partner to the operational business unit leader by driving result and budget planning, conducting variance analyses, and deriving actionable recommendations. Lead projects aimed at increasing profitability and efficiency while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines. Advance the development of financial organizational structures and digitalization initiatives. This role supports the business unit's strategic direction within the Raiffeisen Group, leveraging deep expertise in financial management and underwriting to drive sustainable growth for regional farmers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent commercial qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial management role
- Solid knowledge in accounting, controlling, annual financial statements, and corporate management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented approach, and ability to translate economic relationships into concrete measures
- Competence with key figures, analyses, and planning instruments
- Ability to maintain an overview in complex situations
