Job Summary
Support local administrations in international subsidiaries as the primary contact, bridging gaps between management, tax, and accounting departments. Conduct central advisory for business units from initial concept through implementation of new models and processes. Actively participate in forward-looking projects, manage project controlling, and continuously optimize existing systems and workflows by evaluating IT challenges. Contribute to internal forecasting and budgeting cycles while preparing management analyses. Leverage strong German and English skills for cross-border collaboration within a diverse group of companies including PreZero International and GreenCycle.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Rechnungswesen, Projektmanagement oder Controlling
- Ein gutes grundlegendes Verständnis für rechtliche und steuerliche Fragestellungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft
Desired Qualifications
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP FI und SAP BW
- Hohe Motivation und Neugierde, neue Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) zu nutzen
