Job Summary
Manage operational procurement by processing orders, inquiries, and confirmations while maintaining smooth workflow execution. Maintain supplier master data and purchase files within the ERP system, coordinating regularly with national and international vendors. Track delivery schedules, resolve deviations, and align closely with suppliers and internal departments. Conduct price comparisons and offer analyses to support negotiations, while carefully reviewing delivery documents and invoices. Contribute to the optimization of sourcing processes by submitting improvement suggestions. Requires a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in industrial procurement, strong MS Office skills, and excellent German and English language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
- idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Sorgfalt, Struktur und ein sicherer Umgang mit Preisen, Angeboten und Einkaufsprozessen
- Eigenverantwortliches, zuverlässiges und organisiertes Arbeiten
- Überblick über mehrere Vorgänge gleichzeitig
- verbindlich, klar und lösungsorientiert auftritt im Austausch mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
