Coordinate customer communication, technician scheduling, and office workflows to ensure smooth operations. Manage invoicing, preliminary accounting, and verify technician hours while controlling service orders and spare parts inventory. Optimize internal processes and develop the entire office organization structure. Optionally oversee building planning or fleet management. Work within a 15-person team with high autonomy and direct collaboration with the business manager. Full-time or part-time availability with flexible hours.
