Job Summary
Conduct daily administrative support across six departments including securities administration, account opening, and private banking while attending vocational school two days weekly. Complete 30 days of practical training at the CYP competency center and rotate through various bank units to apply theoretical knowledge. Participate in mandatory team-building activities such as the summer integration camp, spring French intensive course, and intensive review week for the final exam. Join a three-year apprenticeship program starting August 2027 to earn the Swiss vocational certificate as Kauffrau/Kaufmann with a focus on mathematics, German, and French.
Required Qualifications
- Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis als Kauffrau/Kaufmann (nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener Lehre)
- Sehr guter und konstanter Leistungsausweis der höchsten Volksschulstufe
- Interesse und Begeisterung an der Finanz- und Bankbranche sowie an Wirtschaftsthemen
- Freude an der Arbeit am Computer
