Job Summary
Drive sales growth and ensure stores meet financial and KPI targets while leading and developing Store Managers and retail teams. Analyse sales trends, performance data, and store opportunities to maximise profitability, managing wage costs, expenses, and inventory performance in line with business objectives. Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards, support recruitment and training, and maintain operational excellence through stock management, roster planning, and compliance. Partner closely with Regional Managers and Visual Merchandising teams to champion Kathmandu's values and customer-first culture.
