Job Summary
The Executive Director (ED) of the Wellesley Centers for Women (WCW) will lead a team including an associate director, research scientists, and administrative staff, focusing on advancing women's empowerment and gender equality through rigorous research. The ED will ensure that WCW's operations and outreach strategies align with the College's mission and will engage in significant external representation to advocate for WCW's initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or terminal degree, a proven track record in research, and extensive administrative experience promoting an inclusive culture.

- Innovative, passionate, and strategic leadership skills
- Ability to partner effectively with faculty, researchers, and staff
- Experience leading interdisciplinary research initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- PhD or other relevant terminal degree
- Significant record of scholarship and publications related to women and gender
- Experience as an administrator
- History of promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration
