Manage guest satisfaction and ensure the hotel remains clean and orderly by conducting necessary inspections in line with Novotel standards and Kat Services guidelines. Coordinate with the section manager to facilitate team collaboration and organize internal training sessions to maintain sustainability. Utilize Microsoft Office and Opera systems to execute daily duties while adhering to hygiene procedures and maintaining guest confidentiality. Work within a shift system, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills. Candidates must possess high school or college education, three years of similar experience, and professional English proficiency. Male candidates must have completed military service.
