Manage customer service at the checkout counter by processing transactions, accepting payments, handling returns and claims, and informing customers about loyalty programs. Handle fiscal documentation including invoices, receipts, and orders while ensuring accurate shift closing. Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality service from entry to exit. Begin with a four-month onboarding period supported by an implementation lead and team. Work shifts during store hours from 6:30 to 22:00, five days a week, with time off in lieu for weekend work.
