Accompany private and business clients on retirement planning, savings, 3a/3b, ETF investment plans, and financial budgeting. Analyze client needs to develop individual retirement and financial concepts. Conduct counseling sessions online and in person while documenting follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain and expand existing client relationships. Entry-level candidates are welcome; experience in consulting, sales, or customer contact is advantageous. The role offers a fixed-term contract with a monthly OTE ranging from CHF 1,500 to 7,500, depending on workload and performance. Located at the Glattbrugg training center in Meilen, Switzerland, the position includes a free internal VBV training program, mentoring, and flexible working arrangements with hybrid options.
