Kansas Floating Pharmacist

Floater Pharmacist to support multiple Kansas locations (Olathe, Osawatomie, Paola, Louisburg). Responsibilities include direct patient interaction, immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), medication adherence programs, disease state management, and long-term care services. Requires adaptability, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach.
