Job Summary
Contractly hire a Kansas-based Elementary Math Lead Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator to provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, mentoring teachers in elementary mathematics, implementing The Bailey Way, and supporting districts across Kansas and nearby Nebraska border areas. The role emphasizes professional development, coaching of adult learners, data-informed instructional improvement, and partnering with schools to enhance student outcomes on a part-time, onsite basis. A retired or former educator brings experience to shape education and drive continuous improvement in classrooms.
Required Qualifications

- Deep expertise in elementary-level mathematics content and pedagogy
- Proven experience as an educator in an elementary school setting
- Charismatic, driven professional who motivates and leads with enthusiasm

- Competent in using data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student growth
