Job Summary
As the Kansas City Market Leader, you will oversee all aspects of Brokerage services and drive new business and market share growth. The role requires active participation in local community events and strong client relationship management. Responsibilities include motivating sales professionals, achieving recruitment goals, managing the business for continuous growth, and fulfilling Broker of Record duties. You will need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a Real Estate License. Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and proven operations management experience are essential.
Required Qualifications

- 10 years of experience as a real estate leader or related experience in sales or real estate organization
- Real Estate License
