Job Summary
Analyze and process incoming digital dossiers for automated routing, performing legal and procedural controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, and logical structure. Execute self-determined decisions on doubtful cases, detect errors, and correct flows before forwarding to partner court bailiff offices. Identify recurring patterns and quality standards in collaboration with the Legal Manager to maintain consistent dossier throughput. Actively contribute to process optimization, document findings, and strengthen workflow structures while maintaining autonomy and ownership over complex cases.
Required Qualifications
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als kandidaat-gerechtsdeurwaarder
- Als een vis in het water in een volledig digitale omgeving
- Sterke juridische logica en inzicht in procedures
- Uitgesproken verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Vermogen om zelfstandig en correct beslissingen te nemen
- Oog voor detail en hoge nauwkeurigheid
- Je kan grote volumes aan zonder kwaliteitsverlies
- Je behoudt overzicht en scherpte in repetieve én complexe flows
- Rustig en gestructureerd werken in een complexe omgeving
- Signalen, fouten en risico's proactief detecteren
- Snel nieuwe systemen en processen eigen maken
- Maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Waardering voor juridische dossierregie als een kernfunctie met impact
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met procesverbetering of kwaliteitscontrole
