Job Summary
KAM for Non-Merchant Commercial in the Financial Services sector, based on-site in Jakarta. Responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of strategic government/SOE accounts, driving multi-product adoption (Grab for Business, GrabCar Premium/HVR, GrabFood, GrabMart, ESG/EV programs), and developing senior-level relationships. Execute the commercial strategy, collaborate with Marketing/Product/Finance to deliver scalable solutions, and use CRM/Salesforce and analytics tools to monitor performance and forecast pipelines. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales or KAM experience and a bachelor’s degree. Role reports to Manager and is fully on-site in Jakarta.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a relevant field of study
- 5+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience in FSI, Government, SOEs, Telcos, or Conglomerates sectors
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Experience managing relationships with mid-to-senior level counterparts
- CRM tools, pipeline forecasting, and sales analytics experience
