Job Summary
KAM Lead for analgesics responsible for developing and executing key account strategies with hospitals and pain management centers, driving product adoption, navigating market access and formulary positioning, managing relationships with pain specialists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, pharmacists and purchasing teams; lead a KAM team; achieve sales targets; collaborate with market access, medical, regulatory; identify opportunities, gather market insights, and provide actionable recommendations to shape business strategy; requires 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven Key Account Management and experience in opioid products and hospital adoption; strong interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers, a firm understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical promotion, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, medical, and market access.
