Job Summary
KAM GrabFood, Associate will be the primary contact for merchants in the Jakarta area, designing and implementing merchant co-marketing campaigns, analyzing partner performance with a data-driven approach, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience and drive partner revenue. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging partnerships across Grab’s ecosystem to deepen merchant relationships. Proficiency in English and direct experience with the on-demand delivery sector (food or grocery) are expected.
