Job Summary
KAM in São Paulo, Brazil focused on managing and growing strategic client relationships for the organization. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within assigned key accounts. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, negotiate contracts and SLAs, manage budgets and forecasts, coordinate with product/service delivery for a seamless customer experience, monitor market trends, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records. Requires 3-5+ years of experience in key/strategic account management, fluent in Portuguese and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts. Role is hybrid remote and permanent.
