Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive activation, engagement, and business growth while increasing GMV across UPI, QR, Soundbox, and EDC channels. Conduct regular business reviews to recommend growth opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues quickly. Identify cross-sell opportunities for products like Soundbox, EDC, Merchant Loans, and Insurance, while monitoring performance to improve retention and reduce churn. Track competition and market trends to uncover new business prospects and achieve monthly sales, revenue, and activation targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze merchant performance and identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Undergraduate (12 pass) candidates who possess relevant skills and are willing to build a career in field sales
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in merchant acquiring or digital payments
- Understanding of UPI, QR, POS/EDC, and Soundbox solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
