Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive activation, engagement, and business growth while increasing GMV across UPI, QR, Soundbox, and EDC channels. Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to recommend growth opportunities and identify cross-sell potential for products like Soundbox, EDC, Merchant Loans, and Insurance. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues quickly, monitor performance to improve retention and reduce churn, and track market trends to uncover new business prospects. Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and activation targets within a target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze merchant performance and identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Undergraduate (12 pass) candidates who possess relevant skills and are willing to build a career in field sales
- Age 18+ Years
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in merchant acquiring or digital payments
- Understanding of UPI, QR, POS/EDC, and Soundbox solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
