Job Summary
Serve as a personal high-touch resource for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through membership and treatment options. Proactively reach out to current members to schedule visits, answer questions, and ensure they're getting full value from their membership. Build lasting relationships by remembering preferences, following up after visits, and creating a concierge-level experience at every interaction. Host small group meetups, coffee chats, and relationship-building touchpoints to deepen patient loyalty. Represent the Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery brand and voice in every interaction—professional, warm, and personal. Welcome and assist clients at the front desk as needed to ensure a warm check-in experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, positive, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A professional brand ambassador who aligns with our values
- Strong communication skills and genuine warmth on the phone and in person
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving brand growth
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant field preferred
