Kalkulator und Abrechner (m/w/d) für Hochbau und Schlüsselfertigbau

Review and evaluate tender documents, create bill of quantities, and estimate quantities based on 3D models. Obtain, verify, and assess supplier and subcontractor quotes in coordination with the procurement department. Develop variants, special proposals, and technical optimizations to improve offer economics while integrating quality and sustainability standards. Support technical teams in tender negotiations and provide technical advice to construction colleagues. Prepare, verify, and coordinate billing documents against clients, including survey and billing materials. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, maintain cost calculations, and generate planned-actual comparisons for cost control. Identify, evaluate, and bill additional construction services and change orders. Collaborate closely with construction and project leadership to ensure successful project implementation.
