Independently calculate projects of varying sizes to identify respective opportunities and risks, while reviewing tender documents professionally and participating in site visits and bidder meetings. Leverage technical expertise to develop solutions and special proposals, then collaborate trustingly with all project stakeholders to prepare for and conduct contract negotiations. Create contract and labor calculations and, in coordination with site leaders, calculate change order offers. This role requires a degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience in deep construction, road construction, and energy infrastructure, with strong knowledge of construction and contract law (VOB).
