Job Summary
Create cost calculations for rough construction using AVA-Software, draft turnkey building descriptions, and prepare offer documentation. Develop technical solutions and support the department's digitalization and BIM initiatives. This role requires long-term support within the team, with flexible working hours and partial remote work options available. The position offers a permanent contract, holiday bonus, and 30 days of annual leave. Applicants should possess a vocational training in construction or a relevant degree, with experience in construction calculation programs being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d)
- ein Abschluss als Maurermeister (m/w/d)
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
- bautechnische Ausbildung (z.B. Maurer, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer, Bauzeichner)
- Kenntnisse in Zuschlagsgruppen-Kalkulation
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung als Kalkulator (m/w/d) im Hochbau-Bereich (Rohbau)
- Erfahrungen mit bauspezifischen EDV-Anwendungen und Kalkulationsprogrammen
- Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
