Job Summary
Conduct independent cost calculations for infrastructure construction projects, specifically in road, deep, and rail construction. Review project feasibility requirements including technical and economic coordination, and prepare offer calculations, special proposals, and supplementary offers. Determine quantities and participate in site investigations, while accompanying projects during construction execution through follow-up calculations and drafting change order proposals. This role involves working on project variations with contract sums ranging from 1 to 15 million euros. The position is based at the headquarters in Rastatt.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Weiterbildung als Bautechniker/Meister oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Bauausführung
- Kenntnisse in VOB, BGB sowie relevanten baurechtlichen Grundlagen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Kalkulationssoftware
