Job Summary
Develop precise offer calculations for construction projects while analyzing market trends to optimize pricing strategies and mitigate risks. Act as the central link between project leadership, procurement, and department heads, conducting site visits and client meetings to deliver tailored solutions. Manage the project lifecycle from initial quotation to final handover, ensuring optimal staff utilization and maintaining project momentum. Requires a degree in civil engineering or related fields with experience in construction execution and iTWO software. Full-time role with a company car, health budget, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bauingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement Bau, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Bautechniker, Meister)
