Job Summary
Conduct cost calculations for turnkey timber construction projects up to building class 5, including volume assessments via digital building models. Prepare and manage bill of quantities in coordination with technical departments and suppliers. Solicit, evaluate, and validate offers for subcontractor services in alignment with procurement. Provide technical support to project teams during tendering, bidding, and negotiation phases. Maintain a structured, self-reliant workflow while collaborating with cross-functional areas.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium als (Holz-) Bauingenieur:in, Zimmermeister:in, Zimmerer bzw. Zimmerin mit Weiterbildung zum:r staatlich geprüften Bautechniker:in oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Bauprojekten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute fachspezifische Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-, Kalkulations- und CAD-Systemen sowie MS Office 365
