Kalkulator Hochbau (m/w/d)

Conduct independent preparation of offer, order, and change order calculations for construction projects. Create tender documentation including work preparation, obtain subcontractor quotes, and perform quantity surveys. Draft bill of quantities and develop alternative or supplementary offers while maintaining calculation master data. This role supports the Sonnewalde team within a medium-sized general contractor building industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects nationwide.
