Job Summary
Conduct economic and realistic cost estimates based on drafts, execution plans, and bill of quantities for equipment, labor, and material costs. Evaluate tender documents and support the development and enforcement of change orders with site managers. Prepare for and participate in calculation closing meetings with the department head. Requires a completed degree or technician training, 1–2 years in costing or 5+ years as a site manager, proficiency in iTwo or similar software, C1 German, and VOB experience. Offers up to 80,000€ annual salary plus bonuses, flexible home office, and a family atmosphere within a growing construction firm.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung als Techniker
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kalkulation oder über 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter (mit oder ohne Studium)
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von iTwo oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit VOB
