Job Summary
Design and dimension steel-reinforced concrete components, then review tender requests and calculate bill of quantities based on plans, statics, and mass data. Develop precise bill of quantities and alternative offers for cost or execution optimization, while participating in tender negotiations and advising clients during the proposal and planning phases. Evaluate transport and assembly effort, considering logistical feasibility, and collaborate closely with planning, production, logistics, and sales teams to foster a holistic understanding of prefabricated construction.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Ausbildung
- erste Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder ein umfangreiches Interesse für den Bereich
- deutsche Sprache verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C2)
