Job Summary
Outside B2B sales role focused on building a protected territory through referral networks and consultative selling in the disaster restoration industry. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and in-person meetings; develop relationships with commercial accounts and referral sources; conduct consultative sales conversations—not product pitches; present company services and emergency response capabilities to prospective clients; educate partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions; attend networking functions, association events, and after-hours industry events; track pipeline, sales activity, and follow-up inside CRM systems; collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes; consistently build toward predictable long-term deal flow. Requirements include 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, strong networking and relationship-building ability, comfort with building a territory from zero, self-discipline with follow-through, coachable but not dependent, and strategic thinking with strong communication and presentation skills. Travel and valid driver's license required.
