Job Summary
Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Coordinate recruitment processes, support onboarding, and contribute to staff development initiatives. Collaborate with internal managers and external partners to support recruitment initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation and files. Prepare employment contracts, extensions, and service agreements, and coordinate employee orientation processes. Monitor casual and term employment timelines, submit regular activity reports, and update job descriptions. Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- minimum of two years of related experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) or related designation
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic project coordination and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Blackfoot language and culture
