Kaiāwhina supporting Kaiako in delivering quality early childhood education; supervise pēpi and tamariki (under and over 2 years); assist with food preparation and daily centre routines; maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; contribute to a positive learning atmosphere grounded in te ao Māori; requires NZ residency or valid right to work in Aotearoa and ability to pass a safety check.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education or with young children (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to pass Children’s Act 2014 safety check (Core Worker)
- NZ residency or valid right to work in Aotearoa
