Job Summary
Set up Kafka topics, brokers, and Zookeeper instances while configuring data ingestion connectors for on-premises to cloud analytics streaming. Optimize deployments for throughput, latency, durability, and availability, manage error handling and message replay, and deploy nodes on managed Kubernetes platforms like AKS or OpenShift. Implement monitoring dashboards and maintain infrastructure health using Grafana and Prometheus. Requires 6-8+ years of experience in financial services, a CS or Engineering degree, and expertise in Kafka and Zookeeper. Based in New York City.
