Job Summary
K12: Partnerships Manager in Chicago leading high-dosage tutoring and evi dence-based interventions by building and managing long, consultative B2B sales cycles with K-12 districts. Drive relationships with procurement, legal, and board stakeholders, leveraging public-sector funding knowledge (ESSER, Title I, IDEA) and a toolkit including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Gong/Outreach. Apply AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to workflows to improve outcomes and efficiency. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in K-12; familiarity with Chicago Public Schools and public funding; ability to operate in a mission-driven, founder-led team focused on student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience hitting or exceeding quota in K-12
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal, and board approval
- Background in Chicago Public Schools and familiarity with public-sector funding (ESSER, Title I, IDEA, state set-asides)
- Fluency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo, and Gong or Outreach
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) with concrete examples of workflows you've built or improved
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Public Policy, or equivalent experience
